What to write to us about
| You want to | Best place to ask |
|---|---|
| Pick a fidget for a particular child | contact@klt-e5w.pages.dev |
| Plan a classroom or therapy-room order | contact@klt-e5w.pages.dev |
| Track a parcel or change an order | Your order page on the listing where you checked out |
| Return or replace an item | Your order page on the listing where you checked out |
| Tell us how a fidget worked out | contact@klt-e5w.pages.dev |
Orders, payments, delivery and returns all live with the store where you checked out, because that is where your order is. We cannot see or change it from here, but we are always glad to help you work out which fidget to choose.
Tell us about the hands
The most useful email we get says what a child's hands already do: pick, chew, tap, pull, rock. Tell us that and the age, and we will point you to the right ring, stone, stick or flip toy.
